What are the most common questions people ask about affordable housing or your services?
Can I afford a home? Turn in your paystub and we'll help you get a home that you can afford immediately. Do I need good credit? No. Do I need land? Yes, we can make that part of the purchase.

What worries or doubts do potential customers often have when considering modular affordable housing?
Modular is the system, not the home. We keep over 40,000 sets of home plans completed and ready to go. If you can't find one you like, send a design you do like and we'll get it done for you.

Our homes are affordable. Would you rather pay $100k for a 3B/2bth or $400k? Every home is net zero energy, water, and waste so you are energy independent. There is never any environmental impact on the land. Your home is mobile and can be taken apart and relocated if and when you want.

We finance and insure all of our homes. Our homes are extremely strong and can take a direct hit from a storm. If you have any damage, fire, flood, or blood, it's covered and repaired immediately.
